Saab is seeking 3rd shift Structural Assemblers to build the aft fuselage for the U.S. Air Force trainer, the T-7A Red Hawk, at our West Lafayette, IN facility. Positions include on-site training and a start date in early December 2026. Responsibilities include assembly, quality adherence, and mentoring new team members.
Compensation starts at $23-$25 per hour, with a third shift premium of $2.00 per hour. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or eligible and able to obtain required clearances.
