Fremont, Indiana Shift: 2nd shift Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm $21.65/HR

Job Description:

Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Clipper to join our manufacturing team on 2nd shift. This position plays a key role in glass production by trimming, cutting, and inspecting glass components to meet quality and safety standards.

• Operate clipping and cutting equipment in a glass manufacturing environment
• Trim and remove excess material from glass products
• Inspect finished products for quality, defects, and accuracy
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards
• Work as part of a team to support overall plant operations

• Ability to work overnight shift (10:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred (glass experience a plus)
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Standing, bending, and repetitive hand movements throughout shift
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
