The Production Assistant supports daily operations at our bottling facility by assisting with product preparation, bottling, packaging, labeling, and quality control. This role helps maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment while ensuring products meet quality standards and production goals.

Location: Prime Aged Spirits (5220 Elmwood Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46203)

What you will do:

Assist in all facets of production from processing and blending operations to the labeling a bottling process

Responsible for appropriate processing/ bottling procedures and safety guidelines

Participation in or guiding occasional educational tours and product tasting for key account personnel

Maintains facility in accordance with or exceeding local and federal health regulations

• Communicate maintenance requests through the Production Manager
• Assist in the completion of an accurate inventory of all supplies

What you will bring:

• 1-3 years related job experience preferred
• Must maintain certification to operate a forklift which includes being at least 21 years of age
• Proficient knowledge of production processes and procedures including ordering, safety, and cleanliness
• Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods of time (up to 9 hours)
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach above shoulder height, and lift/ carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack, hand truck, and other material handling equipment
