Craft Mark Bakery, a highly automated commercial bakery in Indianapolis, is seeking Mixing and Tex Wrap Operators for the night shift (6:00 pm–6:00 am, 2-2-3 rotation). The role involves equipment setup, precheck, operation of automated lines, and packaging final products in a temperature-controlled environment.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, be able to lift 50 pounds, input data into ERP, and pass background and drug screening. Prior GMP experience is a plus.
