Pay Rate:
Day Shift: $19.00 per hour;
Night Shift: $22.00 per hour

In this role, you will help support daily production operations by assisting with the manufacturing, packaging, and quality inspection of popcorn products in a fast-paced food production environment. • Assist with daily popcorn production and packaging operations.
• Monitor products and packaging materials to ensure quality standards are met.
• Inspect finished products for defects, damaged packaging, or other quality concerns.
• Keep the production area clean, organized, and free of debris.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Report equipment issues or production concerns to the supervisor.
• Maintain a steady workflow while meeting production goals.
• Work as part of a team to help ensure production runs smoothly.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position.
• Previous manufacturing or food production experience is helpful but not always required.
