Allegion in Greenfield, IN is seeking a 2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor for Stanley Access Technologies. You will lead 40–50 team members, manage personnel actions, and ensure outputs meet quality standards.
Requirements include a High School Diploma, 3+ years of supervisory experience, a proven leadership record, an analytical mindset, and knowledge of lean methodologies; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred. Shift: Mon–Fri 3:30pm–12:00am;
Saturdays as needed.
