Allegion is seeking an Operations Supervisor (1st Shift) at our Indianapolis, IN plant. You will supervise a group of 40–60 hourly workers, plan daily production, and ensure on-time delivery and safety.
You will drive lean improvements, write standard work, and lead Kaizen events while ensuring ISO/quality standards. A Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of supervisory manufacturing experience are required.
