Production & Inventory Coordinator

We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Production & Inventory Coordinator in Williamsport, IN. In this role, you’ll manage raw material inventory, keep production schedules up to date, and help keep the front office running efficiently when needed. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys variety and likes being the person who keeps things on track.

• Create and maintain the schedule for line production
• Purchase raw materials to keep production supplied
• Assist with tracking raw material and finished goods inventory for month-end and year-end reporting
• Answer multi-line phones professionally and direct calls to the right person
• Support the front office as needed
• Other duties as assigned

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with numbers and inventory counts
• Professional phone manner and good communication skills
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets) [add any specific software, e.g., Excel or ERP system]
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
• Prior experience in inventory, purchasing, production scheduling, or office administration is a plus
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Must be able to lift up to at least 55lbs#Crawfordsville
