What You'll DoAs a Welder/Fabricator, you'll help build structural steel frames, enclosures, and custom-fabricated products using blueprints and customer specifications.

Responsibilities include:

Perform MIG welding and finish grinding on fabricated components

Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions

Fabricate parts and assemblies to customer specifications

Weld mild steel, galvanneal, and stainless steel materials

Perform TIG welding and other fabrication tasks as needed

Use fabrication equipment including saws, drills, taps, and sanders

Inspect work to ensure quality and accuracy

Support other manufacturing departments as needed

What We're Looking For Welding and fabrication experience preferred

Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately

Ability to pass a written and hands-on welding assessment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Good math, reading, and communication skills

Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn

Valid driver's license

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift

Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, and lifting

Occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds

Must provide a welding helmet

Personal tools required (50/50 tool purchase program available)
