Assistant Cement Plant Manager
Supports safe, reliable, and efficient cement production.
Key duties- Coordinate daily plant operations to meet production, quality, and operational goals.
- Monitor and support cement production performance and product quality.
- Partner with maintenance teams to address equipment needs and minimize downtime.
- Support implementation of safety procedures and promote a safety-first culture.
- Ensure environmental compliance and support sustainability-focused initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement activities and operational optimization.
- Assist in leading, developing, and communicating with plant employees.
- Maintain accountability and foster teamwork across operations and functions.
- Relevant experience in cement, aggregate, or industrial manufacturing.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of production and quality practices.
- Ability to collaborate with maintenance and operations teams.
- Commitment to safety, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement.
