Marketing Coordinator – Now Hiring for January 2026 Start

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support initiatives that showcase our work, connect with clients, and grow our business. This role offers a challenging and rewarding environment alongside industry top talent.

What You’ll Do
  • Plan, conduct, and coordinate a range of marketing support activities.
  • Develop and maintain marketing information systems (Deltek and CRM).
  • Provide support to deadline‑driven proposal activities and general marketing correspondence.
  • Work independently and/or collaborate with marketing coordinators, project managers, graphic designers, and business development directors.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for our multidisciplinary architectural, engineering, and consulting services.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing tasks, including developing presentations and marketing materials for events such as trade shows, conferences, seminars, and webinars.
  • Provide general support to the marketing department.
  • Perform other duties as requested.
What You Bring
  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, graphic design, or equivalent experience.
  • Creative and strategic thinking with the ability to complete work in a team‑based environment.
  • Self‑motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
  • Team‑environment work capability.

The final salary offered may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
