Role
Associate Director, HCP Marketing for FILSPARI (sparsentan), focusing on marketing strategies and execution for IgA nephropathy and FSGS indications.
Responsibilities- develop and lead integrated HCP and peer-to-peer tactics, including personal and non-personal promotion, speaker programs, and digital assets; manage external agencies, budgets, and compliance; support cross-functional initiatives with sales and digital marketing teams; translate approved strategies into actionable plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences; 8+ years in biotech/pharma marketing, with experience in regulated HCP content development, preferably in rare disease, nephrology, or similar therapeutic areas; proven project and agency management skills; strong strategic and cross-functional influence capabilities.
- rare kidney diseases (IgAN, FSGS), HCP marketing, peer-to-peer engagement, digital collaboration, regulated content review, experience with compliant promotional strategies, and working knowledge of digital assets.
remote with up to 25% domestic travel; based in San Diego, USA.
