Role:
Director of Product Marketing & Sales Enablement for Natera's rare disease genomics division, focusing on positioning, messaging, and customer adoption strategies.
Responsibilities:- develop product positioning and content, support launches, enable field sales through training and tools, optimize customer journey from initial contact to routine ordering, and collaborate on market access strategies.
- Drive commercial insights via segmentation, targeting, and KPIs; serve as the primary interface with sales and cross-functional teams; and manage budgets, vendors, and team growth efforts.
- Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Business, or Marketing.
- 8+ years in diagnostics, genomics, or life sciences with experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or related areas.
- Successful track record with complex diagnostics or specialty markets.
- Strong understanding of genomics and rare disease, and experience partnering with sales teams.
- advanced degrees (MBA, MPH), prior leadership experience, and familiarity with reimbursement and payer dynamics.

Work Setup:Remote USA, with a compensation range of $186,600-$233,300 USD.
