Overview
Job Description - House Supervisor RN PRN (1610869)
Responsibilities- Provide leadership and manage ongoing nursing operations for the assigned shift.
- Serve as an on-site liaison and resource person for nursing, medical, administrative, and management staff.
- Communicate and collaborate with all hospital departments and outside agencies to resolve problems and promote effective, efficient hospital operation.
- Facilitate development and learning opportunities for shift staff.
- Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Indiana.
- ACLS, PALS, NRP certification with the first 6 months.
- BSN or actively working toward BSN with an identified timeline for completion.
- One year of nursing practice experience.
