• Growing non profit 250+ bed community hospital that has served its community for over 50 years
• The Department performs over 8,000 annual procedures including general, CV, orthopedic, urology, neurology, bariatrics, endoscopy, and robotics
• The Surgical Services Director (RN) will manage the strategic direction of the department and be well supported with a team of Nurse Managers, Clinical Coordinators and Charge Nurses
• Position reports directly to a dynamic and collaborative Chief Nursing Officer

• Up to $20k sign on bonus is available to the successful candidate

• Master's degree required (if not in Nursing, must have BSN)
• RN Active License
• Minimum five (5) years of Operating Room nursing experience is required
• Minimum (2) have been in surgical services/operating room leadership experience at Manager level or above in an inpatient surgical services/operating room setting
• Inspirational and results oriented leader
• Able to lead, mentor and empower the staff, identify quality and performance improvement strategies, utilize evidence based practice to improve the overall quality of patient care, collaborate with surgeons and staff to ensure the best patient care, and identify growth strategies
