Nurse Practitioner - Oncology | Medical and Hematology

Community Health Network, in collaboration with Community Hospital Oncology Physicians, LLC, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (5 years' experience minimum) to collaborate with medical/hematology oncologists at Community Hospital North & Community Hospital Anderson.

• Minimum of five (5) years experience in a clinical setting (beyond training)
• Board certification and IN medical state license required

• Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians
