Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position requiring recent EPIC proficiency and a compact or IN license.
Responsibilities- Work in a Medical Surgical unit within a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts, 17:00 to 05:00
- Weekend shifts are included in the schedule
- No blocked scheduling permitted
- May be required to travel to Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne (1.5 hours away) for EPIC orientation if not previously trained in the Parkview system
- Must provide two professional references from a supervisor within the past two years
- All time off or scheduling requests must be disclosed before assignment consideration
- Active RN license in IN or a compact state
- Recent experience (within the past year) using EPIC on a medical surgical unit
- Must be proficient with EPIC EMR system
- Willingness to attend EPIC orientation at Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne if previous EPIC experience was outside the system
