Position Overview

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) work alongside fellow caregivers to provide daily nursing care and services based on each resident’s plan of care and individual needs. CNAs also offer companionship, compassion, and encouragement to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting as needed.
  • Observe and report changes in residents’ condition and make independent decisions when warranted.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well‑being.
  • Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
  • Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification required.
  • 0–1 year of relevant experience preferred.
Location

US – IN – Boonville, Woodmont Health Campus, 1325 Rockport Road, Boonville, IN.
