Charge Nurse RN or LPN 11pm-7am – OPCO Skilled Management, Indianapolis, IN

Lead with compassion. As a night shift charge nurse, you’ll ensure our residents receive the highest quality of care and support during nighttime hours while leading and mentoring the night staff.

• Supervise nursing care delivery during the night shift.
• Ensure clinical compliance with care plans, standards, and policies.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Receive, transcribe, and carry out physician orders (as permitted by law).
• Provide direct care when needed and support the overnight team.
• Communicate clearly with families, physicians, and day‑shift staff.
• Help manage staffing, workflow, and overnight documentation.

• Active LPN or RN license in Indiana (required).
• 2+ years of nursing experience preferred, especially in a skilled nursing facility.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong critical thinking and time management skills.
• Comfortable working independently and leading a team during overnight hours.
