American Senior Communities invites applications for the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role at Rosegate Village. Shift opportunities are available on day, evening and night schedules.
Responsibilities & ExpectationsAs an LPN, you will cultivate meaningful relationships by learning the life stories of our residents and staff, utilizing your nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well‑being of residents and providing a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.

- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
- Proficient medication management skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
