Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg night shift travel assignment requiring at least 2 years of recent experience and an active IN or compact license.
Responsibilities- Position is in a medical-surgical unit of a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- 13-week contract assignment
- Patient population consists of typical med/surg cases
- Medical-surgical RNs provide comprehensive patient care and must demonstrate strong assessment and organizational skills
- Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are accepted at a reduced rate
- EKG exam required onsite after initial clearance
- Team-oriented environment with collaboration among nursing staff
- First time travelers will be considered
- Active IN or compact RN license required
- Minimum of 2 years recent med/surg RN experience
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
- Onsite EKG testing required after clearance, with up to 2 attempts allowed
