$36.00/hr – $40.00/hr

• Part‑time Hospice RN On‑Call (Saturday and Sunday, 8‑10 hours per day)
• Respond to on‑call needs within an hour
• Perform physical and psychosocial assessments on all hospice patients
• Assess and reassess pain; utilize appropriate pain‑management techniques; educate patients and families
• Address the physical, mental, social and emotional needs of terminally ill patients and their families
• Assess patient condition, initiate plan of care, re‑evaluate and update as necessary
• Obtain all necessary physician orders and collaborate with physicians as patient needs dictate
• Initiate case conferences to discuss multidisciplinary team responsibilities, pain management, bereavement counseling, etc.

• One year of hospice experience preferred
• At least one year of RN experience required
• Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana
• Current driver’s license
• Reliable transportation with insurance

Hourly rate + mileage reimbursement + $200 per admission completed on shift.
