• Develop personalized care plans based on observation and expertise.

• Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana and maintain required license.
• Experience in a geriatric setting preferred.
• Experience in a Memory Care/Alzheimer’s unit a plus.

• Nights – Part‑time (24 hrs a week) or Full‑time.
• $1.50 additional per hour for second and third shift.
• Weekend shift pay: $1.50 additional per hour.
• Weekends and Holidays:
  Must work a rotating schedule.
