Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - PM&R; Neuroscience Center and MSK North Clinic

Overview

Join our Physical Medicine and Rehab practice at our Neuroscience Center and Musculoskeletal Clinic in downtown Indianapolis and Carmel, IN. Provider will be working in rehabilitative medicine with a focus on adult Neuro Rehab. We are seeking a compassionate, innovative Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams.

• Full time, Day Shift
  • Monday-Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm
  • No weekends or call
• Outpatient clinic providing care for patients including those with cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, ALS, traumatic brain injury, post-concussive, spinal cord injury, and post-stroke.
• Join a dedicated team of 3 physicians and 1 APP
• No procedures

• Master s degree required
• Must be BC or BE
• Accepting ACNP, AGNP, CNS, FNP or PA certifications
• Experience in PM&R or Neuro is a plus
• Ideal candidates are proactive, compassionate, critical thinkers, and good communicators.
