Interim Health Care Inc. is seeking a nurse to provide in-home direct patient care on 12-hour shifts (Mon, Wed, and Thu).
You will assess and document patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with providers to ensure compassionate, quality care for clients in their homes. Requirements include an Associate degree in Nursing (AND) or AAS, current RN license in Indiana, CPR/BLS, reliable transportation, and a flexible schedule including FT, PT, or PRN.
