Altra Home Health is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to deliver in-home care for pediatric and adult patients in Rochester, Indiana. You will perform assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote safety and quality of life at home.
Shifts range from 4 to 12 hours with flexible scheduling;
Indiana LPN license and CPR certification required. Training is provided for G-tube, trach, and ventilator care to support our medically complex patients.
