Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide basic direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion sites under close supervision. The nurse will ensure patient safety with adherence to physician plans of care.
Responsibilities include initiating care plans, assessing patients at each visit, educating patients and families, and documenting care in real time to support billing and continuity of care. Travel to patient homes is expected.
