$18‑$22 per hour, based on previous work experience and licenses/certification.

• Direct and supervise 2‑5 crew members on site.
• Ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
• Oversee crew work across basic maintenance, landscape installation, irrigation, seasonal color management, and chemical applications.

• Performance & Quality:
  • Oversee day‑to‑day site operations and delegate work to crew members.
  • Maintain schedules and ensure service expectations are met.
  • Identify more efficient ways to perform work.
• Client Satisfaction:
  • Surface client concerns to the Production Manager and proactively assist in achieving a resolution.
• Crew Management:
  • Provide the Production Manager with feedback on crew members.
  • Assist in the development and training of crew members.
  • Turn in accurate crew time logs.
• Safety:
  • Ensure all crew members perform work safely and in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure equipment is in good working order and receives appropriate preventative maintenance.
  • Log equipment usage and maintenance cycles.

• Equivalent experience in a landscape‑related field.
