Locally-owned Thomas Lawn & Landscape is a service-oriented company based in Indianapolis, providing complete landscape services in Boone, Hamilton, and Marion counties. We service residential and commercial properties, specializing in residential properties. We strive to continually learn and have fun as we work year-round installing and maintaining hardscapes and plantings, landscape lighting and irrigation systems, as well performing seasonal tasks of mowing, fertilizing, mulching, leaf removal, snow removal, tree trimming, and more.

REQUIRED

Job Qualifications:


Driver’s License;
Leadership Experience;
Mowing Experience

Responsibilities

• Safely and properly operate and maintain commercial mowing equipment, trucks, and trailers
• Train, supervise, and motivate 2-5 crew members
• Effectively resolve job site issues as needed
• Be efficient in time management
• Accurately complete daily paperwork
• Represent our company in a courteous and professional manner

Other Details

• Some Saturday hours are required
• Work is outdoors in all weather conditions
• Job Duration:
  Year-round (mowing Apr-Nov, other tasks Dec-Mar)
• Must be physically able to perform a variety of tasks
