DescriptionPosition Overview
As a Hardscape & Landscape Crew Member, you’ll work on a variety of installation and maintenance projects that bring our clients’ outdoor visions to life. You’ll help build patios, retaining walls, walkways, and planting designs, while also supporting maintenance work to keep landscapes beautiful throughout the year.
This is a full-time, year-round position — during slower hardscape periods, you’ll assist with landscape maintenance and snow operations to maintain steady hours.
Key Responsibilities Hardscape Work- Install patios, retaining walls, walkways, and other stone or paver projects.
- Operate hand tools and equipment such as compactors, saws, and skid steers.
- Assist with site preparation, grading, and base compaction.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
- Perform planting, mulching, edging, and pruning tasks.
- Support seasonal color installations and enhancements.
- Participate in maintenance and snow operations as needed.
- Follow directions from the Crew Leader and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- 5+ years of experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or related construction preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and dependability.
