We service residential and commercial properties, specializing in the residential properties. • Provide turf care including timely fertilization, weed control, and aeration as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned, including assisting mowing or landscaping crews when needed.
• Be flexible and able to move and lift in a fast-paced outdoor environment in all weather conditions.
• Some turf care experience (not just mowing) and RT license preferred.
• Apply our 6-step Lawn Fertilizing Program in a timely manner, including mixing solutions such as fertilizers, pesticides, and fungicides. Use equipment such as Steele Green or Perma Green machines, as well as backpack sprayers.
• In autumn, perform lawn aeration and seeding using aeration machines and spreaders.
• Maintain cleanliness and light maintenance of operating machinery and ensure overall safety in designated areas.

• Driver’s License and clean driving record required.
• Previous turf experience and a current Core RT or 3B license preferred, or ability to pass licensing exam.

Salary: $17.00–$19.00 per hour
