Overview
MOWING/LAWN CARE SPECIALIST at Thomas Lawn and Landscape – seeking enthusiastic, hard working individuals who enjoy working outdoors. We are an established, full service commercial and residential landscape company located on the northwest side of Indianapolis. We offer full-time, YEAR ROUND employment with "Fortune 500" benefits which include paid holidays, life, medical, dental and vision insurance after 60 days, as well as paid vacation upon one year of employment.
Responsibilities- Perform mowing, landscaping, and hardscape tasks for a growing team.
- Willing to work in all weather conditions; maintain attention to detail and pride in quality of work.
- Demonstrate excellent attendance and reliability.
- We are growing and have immediate needs for both crew leaders and interns.
- If you love mowing/landscaping and/or hardscape work we are looking for you!
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and verifiable prior work history and references.
- Proven leadership ability and strong attendance history (for crew leader roles).
- Eye for detail and pride in quality workmanship.
