Accounts Receivable Representative - Full Time

Indiana Regional Medical Center is hiring for an Accounts Receivable Representative - Full Time. This role reviews and resolves open insurance accounts to ensure optimal reimbursement with limited supervision.

• Identifies and resolves denials and payment issues in a timely manner
• Works toward achieving Best Practice Goals for Days in AR and AR Aging
• Addresses special projects as assigned

• Minimum experience of five years of A/R Follow-Up in a physician multi-specialty environment is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Billing and reimbursement process for physicians and other practitioners
• Compliance rules and regulations related to physicians
• Computer hardware and software
• Team dynamics and the process of building consensus
• Interpersonal communication skills for working with personnel
