Responsibilities

  • Help establish and maintain a track material inventorying system (digitally and physically) and report information to departments/accounting on a regular basis.
  • Vehicle / Equipment Tracking: verify all vehicles have up‑to‑date insurance cards/registration, keep organized office and digital copies of titles, title new vehicles to the DOT for registration, scan and file vehicle maintenance reports.
  • Office supply management and upkeep of breakroom/supply room.
  • Assist MOW in administrative duties, gathering information for the accounting department.
  • Assist the Accounting Department as backup: enter invoices into the accounting system and process APs one day a week.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license (Class A/B/C/D).
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Experience with inventory systems (physical and digital) preferred.
