Senior Product Manager

4+ years of experience in Product Management (preferably in SaaS platforms, B2B products, and B2C products)

Lead the product lifecycle, including vision, strategy, roadmap, requirements, user experience, delivery, launch, and support.

Lead interactions with cross-functional stakeholders in engineering, program/product management, business, and executive teams.

Execute process improvement initiatives to build scalable systems supporting business growth.

Drive optimization opportunities and initiatives, and implement new product lines.

This role requires a self-starter with a strong background in process improvement, problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous situations, and strong program management skills.

Devise go-to-market summaries and introduce them to the rest of the department.

Create a mission statement for product launch and forecast performance in individual channels.

Excellent networking skills, especially regarding distribution channels and social media.

4+ years of experience in process definition, taking a product from concept to execution.

Ability to analyze data, existing processes, people, and systems to invent, simplify, and improve inefficient or complex processes.

Proven experience as a creative visual designer working on user experience and UI design for interactive digital experiences.

Experience working in an agile environment focusing on iterative development and collaboration with product owners and developers.

Experience in user testing, usability testing, working with user acceptance criteria, and proofreading skills.

Understanding of the market and industry, including SaaS platforms, B2B products, and B2C products.
