Do you thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment where you can make a real impact? Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Representative and play a key role in driving revenue growth. You'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through various channels (e.g., networking, cold calling, social media).
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand client needs within target industries.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients through consistent communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet client needs and company objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
  • 1-2+ years of experience in a lead generation, business development, and sales role.
  • Prior experience in the IT & Digital Service industry is a strong plus.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
  • A strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to exceed targets and contribute to company growth.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office Tools
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field. Preference will be given to Marketing or a related discipline
