INVENTORY ANALYST / SPECIALIST (Warehouse)

0-5 years experience in Inventory Management (or warehouse inventory management)

1500+ person Automotive Manufacturing company with global presence, and a record of growth for the past 20 years is experiencing significant growth and is in need of an Inventory Analyst (specialist - reporting to the Plant Manager), to play a key role in the analysis of inventory and incoming parts and outbound parts.

• Learn and track Inventory of purchased parts and materials.
• Learn and track and analyze the performance of incoming shipments and outbound shipments.
• Track and analyze production delivery schedules including forecasts.
• Create charts using MS Excel and present data in a graphical format to company management teams and customers.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Data Analysis or Supply Chain Management.
• Recent College Graduates
  - Entry level candidates are welcome to apply but prior internship experience required for entry level (or 3-5 years experience is required).
• 3-5 years experience in inventory management and experience in inbound or outbound shipping of parts.
• Any prior experience in warehousing logistics, shipping, production control, scheduling, (and any experience in warehouse management is a huge plus).
• Any knowledge of ERP system or WMS systems is a plus.
• Must have strong analytical skills, communication skills, and customer service orientation.
• Prefer strong skills in data analysis Microsoft Excel.
• This position is located in the Central Indiana area.
• Must be a US Citizen or have prior Visa Authorization for US (No OPT, No Visa Sponsor)
• Looking for local candidates in the Indianapolis area or those willing to relocate at their expense.
• Salary range $65K-$100K commensurate with skills, education & experience.
