Graphic Designer

Eshopbox is looking for a skilled and passionate Graphic Designer to join our Centre of Excellence to build and scale effectiveness for our Ecommerce Domain.

• Create eye-catching and engaging social media banners, graphics, and videos that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for social media campaigns and ensure consistency in design elements across various platforms.
• Design visually appealing UI layouts for our website, ensuring an intuitive user experience and adhering to best practices in web design.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Work closely with developers to implement UI designs and ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, and proactively apply this knowledge to improve our design processes and outputs.
• Maintain and organize a library of design assets and templates for easy access and efficient design iteration.
• Take ownership of design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining a high standard of quality throughout.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and content creators, to understand project requirements and deliver impactful designs.
• Occasionally assist in other design-related tasks, such as creating print materials or assisting with branding efforts.

• Proven work experience as a social media and Web Designer or similar role, showcasing a portfolio of successful design projects.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva) and experience with video editing software.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and the ability to tailor designs for different audiences and purposes. •
• Excellent UI/UX design skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and user-centric design principles.
• Familiarity with responsive design and the ability to create designs optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development principles to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to non-designers.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving, open to feedback, and continuously striving for improvement.
• High attention to detail and ability to deliver projects on time in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
