• Lead a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership
• Maintain excellent quality of care for all patients while upholding high standards of ethics and professionalism
• Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
• Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients
• Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
• Monitor budget and collaborate with Operations to attain financial objectives
• Mentor and coach new dentists and the dental team
• Stay current with new developments in dentistry through continued education
• Network with professional groups and dental associations to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the community

• Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
