Robonnement is looking for a reliable and experienced Mechanical/Electromechanical Technician to join our international team and work on the installation and integration of industrial robots in Switzerland and Germany.
Job Type: Full‑time
Experience Level: Mid‑Level
Location: On‑site in Switzerland and/or Germany (relocation or local availability required)
Language Requirement: Fluent German is mandatory (minimum B2 spoken level)
As a technician, you’ll work on the installation and mechanical integration of high‑tech industrial robots into production environments across Switzerland and Germany. The tasks take place inside modern production halls and involve connecting pre‑assembled robotic systems, setting them up according to client requirements, and ensuring they function seamlessly within the factory environment. 🛠️🤖
Key Responsibilities- Install industrial robots and their structural supports using screws, bolts, and connectors
- Mount and integrate robotic systems based on technical specifications
- Read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure proper system setup
- Travel to client locations in Switzerland and Germany to complete installations
- Ensure safe, precise, and high‑quality integration of the systems
- Fluent in German (spoken) – minimum B2 level
- Experience in mechanics or electromechanics
- Ability to read and work with technical and electrical drawings
- Skilled in using hand tools and comfortable with on‑site technical tasks
- Independent, reliable, and proactive
- Already living in Germany or Switzerland — or willing to relocate
- Willing to travel for project‑based work in these two countries
