** Your Role:*
* • Analysing and troubleshooting problems, identifying solutions, recommending, and implementing methods, procedures, systems and/or techniques with a focus on achieving improvements in process quality, operational efficiency and equipment uptime.
• Organising, maintaining, and improving the maintenance management system and other scheduled activities to ensure that all maintenance activities are efficient, effective and well-documented.
• Investigating deviations, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective/preventive actions (CAPAs) that demonstrably reduce recurrence rates and strengthen process control.
• Support the planning and execution of engineering projects, equipment upgrades and investment initiatives – delivering on-time, within budget, and within defined quality standards.
• Ensuring all activities meet cGMP requirements and align with company policies, good engineering practices and regulatory standards.
• Provide hands-on support during new process introductions, technology transfers, and scale-up projects to ensure smooth integration and minimal disruption.
• Collaborate closely across cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues swiftly, driving teamwork and innovation to achieve production targets and operational goals.

* Your Profile:
*** A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Diploma in Engineering at MQF level 4 or higher coupled with years of experience in a similar role.
* Proven experience within the manufacturing industry, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector especially working in production and/or engineering.
* Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills with a passion for problem-solving.
* Demonstrated ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under pressure.
* A self-motivated mindset and commitment to maintaining a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
