Join Navitech Western Europe and take charge of an exciting, large‑scale biofuel energy project at the forefront of sustainable technology. As our Site Manager, you’ll be part of an international team driving real impact in the transition to clean energy.

As Site Manager, you’ll lead all on‑site activities during the construction, installation, and commissioning of a high‑temperature, biofuel‑based energy plant. You will ensure safe, timely, and high‑quality project delivery by coordinating contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to align with design, safety and environmental standards.

You have a degree in mechanical, chemical, energy, or industrial engineering and at least 8–10 years of experience managing complex industrial or energy projects. You are skilled at leading multidisciplinary teams, resolving technical issues and ensuring HSE compliance. Strong communication and leadership skills are key, along with fluency in English and French (German is an advantage).
