As a Controls Solutions Development Engineer
, you will play a critical role in bridging customer requirements with tailored, automated material handling solutions. You will work closely with clients, the sales team, and internal engineers to concept, design, estimate, and support advanced logistics systems. This role requires both technical depth and strong communication skills, with a focus on material handling controls engineering

• Lead development of controls solutions for automated material handling systems
  .
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define functional and operational requirements.
• Design electrical and control system concepts using AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical.
• Support sales with cost estimates, project schedules, and proposals.
• Participate in site evaluations, design reviews, and support project delivery from installation to acceptance.
• Troubleshoot and optimize PLC, HMI, and SCADA applications (primarily Rockwell platforms).
• Identify opportunities for modernization of legacy systems.
• Travel to client sites as needed to provide technical and sales support.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in controls engineering within the Material Handling Industry
  .
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs (Rockwell Control Logix preferred), HMI applications (Factory Talk View), and I/O/communication configurations.
• Hands-on experience with controls system design, estimating, and troubleshooting.
