At our site in Reinach, we develop and produce innovative industrial flow measurement devices for liquids, gases, and steam. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a QM Calibration Engineer.

What is this role about?

In this role, you will be part of the team developing new calibration concepts fulfilling the highest standards in metrology and engineering, enabling reliability and strong quality around the clock. Our highly specialized in‑house engineering‑ and project departments work hand in hand to deliver world‑class calibration processes to our production centers worldwide. The position is based in Reinach, Switzerland.

Specifically, you can expect the following tasks
  • You will lead quality projects and quality task forces to resolve complaints and non‑conformities
  • You will develop and improve business processes for quality management in line with our Lean and Governance frameworks
  • You will continuously shape and maintain the organization of our ISO 17025 Quality Management System
  • You will actively participate in our company‑wide Quality Network and contribute to early‑phase development projects, to manufacturing quality initiatives, and to global accreditation and certification activities
  • You hold a degree in natural sciences or engineering (mechanical, electrical, systems engineering or a related field). A master’s degree is preferred
  • You have proven, well‑rounded experience in applying quality standards and regulations related to calibration and metrology
  • You bring an analytical and pragmatic mindset combined with strong communication and leadership skills
  • You are proficient in English and German, both written and spoken. French is an advantage
