A key role with direct client involvement and clear potential for professional growth.
You will support entrepreneurs and their families in Switzerland and internationally with financial, tax and administrative matters. In close collaboration with experienced Client Advisors, you will take an active role in managing mandates and gradually assume your own areas of responsibility. Working alongside specialists in taxation, structuring, accounting, and legal matters, you will help develop tailored solutions for our clients.
Your key responsibilities:
- Managing financial and payroll accounting for corporate and private structures
- Processing day-to-day transactions using digitalized systems and preparing VAT returns
- Preparing interim and annual financial statements
- Assisting with audits and year-end reviews
- Contributing to budgeting and mid-term planning
- Preparing payroll statements and salary certificates and handling social security declarations and settlements
- Preparing tax returns for individuals and legal entities
- Supporting the Client Advisor in client projects and assuming own work streams
- Monitoring deadlines and coordinating ongoing mandates
- Assisting with annual planning and mandate organization
- Strong sense of client service and interest in working with entrepreneurs and their families
- Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style with a high standard of quality
- Discreet, responsible, and confident in communication
- Commercial education, ideally with experience in fiduciary or finance
- Further education as a Swiss Certified Fiduciary (Treuhänder/in mit eidg. Fachausweis) or Swiss Certified Specialist in Finance and Accounting (Fachfrau/Fachmann Finanz- und Rechnungswesen mit eidg. Fachausweis), or in training towards one of these qualifications
- Proficient in Abacus and experienced in digital accounting processes
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Very good command of German and English (C1 level)
- Exposure to an international client base of long-term oriented entrepreneurs and their families
- Direct involvement in the management of complex mandates with increasing independence
- Individual development towards mandate leadership, including coaching and leadership guidance by senior advisors and partners
- Collaboration with experienced specialists in taxation, structuring, accounting, and legal matters
