Account Executive

Provide support and offer consistent, comprehensive, and cooperative services for Finance department. Work closely with other departments to provide administrative support.

• Preparation of yearly company's tax assessment and estimation to Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia.
• Preparation for SST reporting and submission.
• Preparation of e – Invoicing and regulations including submission.
• Company's banking debit and credit facilities application and control, bank guarantee and fixed deposit account.
• Company's fixed asset record and maintenance on depreciation and net book value of the asset for disposal.
• Daily bank cash flow transaction and petty cash control.
• Updating and maintaining accounts data entry record into the accounting system.
• Monthly bank statement reconciliation.
• Credit Control and monthly debtor's/client's collection report on actual and forecast.
• Updating and maintaining credit's aging report.
• Assisting in Audit and Company Secretary
• Any duty with regards to the Company accounting and finance and to undertake any assignment given by the Management from time to time.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree,
• Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• Required language(s):
  Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in PORT KLANG.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Able to withstand pressure and attention to detail.
