As a CNA with Elite, you’ll provide one-on-one care in the comfort of a patient’s home. You’ll be assigned to just one patient per shift, allowing you to build strong relationships and deliver focused, personalized support.

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, etc.
• Supporting patient mobility and transfers
• Performing light housekeeping tasks
• Monitoring and documenting changes in condition or care needs
• Offering companionship and engagement to enhance quality of life.

• Valid Driver’s License
• Social Security Card

• Current CPR Certification
• TB Test (2-step within the last 12 months OR Quanti
