This role focuses on leading the roadmap and execution for Relativity’s worker compute infrastructure and data archiving & restoration capabilities, foundational platforms for our document processing and imaging workflows.
Responsibilities- Own and drive the roadmap for Worker Compute and Archiving, Migration & Restoration, aligning with customer needs, internal stakeholders, and long-term platform strategy.
- Define and prioritize capabilities for compute systems that provide reliable, elastic, and cost-efficient processing in a cloud-native, containerized environment (e.g., Kubernetes, autoscaling groups).
- Partner with engineering to ensure the compute platform meets throughput, availability, and observability requirements across document processing and imaging workloads.
- Design and evolve workflows for archiving, migrating, and restoring large-scale datasets with compliance, auditability, and operational ease.
- Collaborate across product teams to ensure compute and archival capabilities integrate with data processing and enrichment features.
- Develop positioning, artifacts, and internal documentation to support customer enablement, sales, and support teams.
- Address barriers to adoption and ensure successful customer experiences during large-scale data migrations or compute scaling challenges.
- Customer Centric: Connect with customers to understand workflows and needs; validate approaches and prioritize problems by impact.
- Product Leadership: Own the product roadmap and backlog; collaborate with other product leads to align strategy and goals; track key metrics.
- Technical Leadership: Work with engineering to ensure scalability, reliability, usability, observability, and performance; understand cloud platform architecture and relevant technologies.
- Product Implementation: Break down projects into iterative releases; align cross-functional teams; translate designs into actionable work with acceptance criteria.
- Preferred: Proven experience in product management, ideally with cloud-native infrastructure, compute orchestration, or data lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of modern distributed systems, job queues, execution, and cloud system design.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-oriented product requirements and collaborate with engineers to deliver impact.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to align multiple teams on a cohesive product vision.
- Minimum: 5+ years of experience in product management building custom software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or equivalent work experience.
Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices. This position is eligible for total compensation including base salary, annual bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range is $115,000 – $173,000, with final offer based on experience, skills, and internal pay equity.
