As a Senior Analyst – Business Operations, Flights, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence through analysis, automation, and process improvement. You will serve as the bridge between frontline operations and system owners, ensuring workflows are efficient, data‑driven, and scalable.
This role requires strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, as well as the ability to partner effectively across functions to identify inefficiencies, recommend solutions, and support the rollout of automation initiatives.
What You’ll Do Process Optimization & Automation Support- Identify and assess automation opportunities in flight operations workflows.
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to define and test requirements for automation tools.
- Monitor automation effectiveness and provide data‑driven recommendations.
- Lead investigations into recurring operational issues or exceptions.
- Analyze data to identify patterns, root causes, and potential solutions.
- Support operational pilots and efficiency projects aimed at reducing manual work.
- Troubleshoot escalated issues within operations, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert for operational workflows within the flights domain.
- Partner closely with Service Delivery and Vendor teams to gather insights and feedback.
- Communicate clearly across technical and non‑technical teams.
- Own the creation and maintenance of SOPs, process maps, and training guides.
Support onboarding and cross‑training efforts across teams.
- 3–5 years of experience in travel operations, ideally within a TMC, OTA, or airline environment.
Hands‑on experience with GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus preferred). - Strong analytical mindset, with experience in process improvement or automation projects.
- Ability to translate operational needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
