Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with strong experience in project management and AI/ML-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software development life cycles, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and exposure to managing or delivering AI/ML or data-focused projects. This role demands both technical acumen and strategic leadership — ensuring projects are delivered with precision, innovation, and measurable outcomes.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and software projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including data scientists, ML engineers, developers, and product managers — to define scope, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable project plans and clear stakeholder communications.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and budgets while proactively addressing challenges.
• Implement best practices in Agile/Scrum project management and drive continuous process improvement.
• Monitor progress using relevant tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) and generate transparent status reports for internal and client stakeholders.
• Support pre-sales and client engagement activities related to AI/ML projects, including proposal creation and project scoping.
• Stay abreast of emerging AI/ML technologies, tools, and methodologies to drive innovation within projects.

• 8+ years of experience in project management within technology or product development organizations.
• Proven experience managing or delivering AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Analytics projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes.
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, data pipelines, and model deployment cycles.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to balance technical depth with business priorities and client expectations.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
